In traditional chemotherapy,limited drug permeation and retention at tumor site,as well as the acquired multi-drug resistance is the well-known impediment to successful cancer treatment.In the light of the problems,we adopt a conjugate Doxorubicin-Adjudin(DOX-ADD),which is proved to overcome drug resistance,and NO-releasing drug carrier D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate(TPGS-NO)with the function of expanding blood vessel,to establish a multi-functional nanomedicine.
