α-Lipoic acid(LA) is an important endogenic sulphydryl-containing molecule in eukaryotes and most bacteria.LA and its reduced form dihydrolipoic acid (DHLA) constitute the redox couple which enable them the various powerful biochemical function in organism.LA has been great interest due to its more function in biochemistry, nutrition and pharmacy.In this work, a simple and selective method for the determination of LA with non-aqueous capillary (NACE) has been established.NACE has been attracted the attention as an effect complementation for common CE.It has distinct characteristic for its good solubility for hydrophobic substance and selectivity.In separating organic acids with low solubility, more potential of NACE are waiting for deeper exploitation.
