　　Pancreatic beta cell dysfunction is a central role of developmemt of type 2 diabetes[1].And the chronic dislipidemia (lipotoxicity) and chronic hyperglycemia (glucotoxicity) have been postulated to contribute to worseing of beta cell function over time.So we established a lipotoxicity and glucolipotoxicity model in vitro using high palmitate and high glucose to stimulate INS 1 cell.Then we employed MAPS (Multiplex Analysis of PolyA-linked Sequences)RNA Sequencing and TMT-labeling based quantitative proteomics technologies to look into the mRNA and protein expression changes of lipotoxicity and glucolipotoxicity of pancreatic beta cell INS1 in a time-course fashion (8,16,24,48 h).
