Building forest cities is an innovation advocated by the State Forestry Administration of China to turn their experience in developing urban forestry into a new measure to promote urban and rural eco-environment improvement based on Chinas conditions and development level.At present,all levels of government in China have come to realise the importance of this initiative,which is considered the fairest welfare for the largest coverage of residents.
