经本文对多孔结构羟基磷灰石骨水泥的研究表明,羟基磷灰石骨水泥由A, B两个组份构成。A组份是骨水泥的粉剂,由一定Ca/P比的磷酸钙盐经1400℃烧制5-10h,研磨,过250目筛而成。B组份是骨水泥的固化液,由聚合有机酸水溶液和有机酸溶液调制而成。成孔作用是由粉剂与固化液直接作用形成,充分利用粉剂中的碳酸盐成分和固化液中的聚合酸与有机酸成分产生CO2形成多孔结构。通过有效的孔隙率控制,能够形成多孔状模拟松质骨的结构,有利于药物缓释的实施及新骨的长入,同时也适合作为骨组织工程的三维支架材料使之成为具有广泛应用前景的新型生物医学材料一多孔结构轻基磷灰石人工骨。
