目的探讨病案质量管理模式,提高病案质量。方法(1)建立健全病案质量管理体系和质控网络;(2)制定规范,提高标准,完善制度;(3)做好全程病案质量管理。结果病案质量明显提高,甲级病案率99%。结论领导重视、临床科室密切配合是提高病案质量的重要保证;标准化、规范化、制度化管理,充分发挥信息反馈与奖惩机制的作用,是提高病案质量的根本保证;病案质量管理采取系统化、流程式全程质量管理方法,将环节质量控制放在首位,不断挖掘质量管理新思维,即时调整质控手段,才能保证病案质量与医疗服务质量持续性改进。
