In this work, by using dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method, the structure and property of the biomembrane which is modeled as bilayer are studied.First, the kinetic process of collision-driven solute exchange between the bilayer and micelle which are used as solute carriers in an aqueous phase is investigated. There are roughly three sequential events in a coalescence stage after a stage of intermittent collision: (1)molecular contact, (2) neck formation, and (3) neck growth. The coalescence stage is followed by a stage of solute transfer and diffusion.
