  本文以我国长江口崇明岛为研究区域,通过野外采样分析和盆栽模拟试验,研究盐度梯度对不同植被型河岸带根际细菌生群落结构和反硝化潜力的影响,以期为揭示我国河口地区受咸水影响河岸带退化的微观过程及其环境效应提供佐证。
