抗氧化剂干预间歇低氧对中性粒细胞凋亡影响的研究

  目的 探讨间歇低氧(lH)对大鼠中性多核细胞(PMN)凋亡的影响及抗氧化剂的干预作用.材料与方法 24只雄性Wistar大鼠分为常氧对照组(NC)、间歇低氧组(IH)、间歇低氧Tempol干预组(IHT)和间歇低氧盐水干预组(IHN),每组6只.IH组最低氧浓度为5%,低氧频率为30次/h,8 h/d.暴露6周后处死大鼠,分离纯化PMN.用抗体标记中性粒细胞,流式细胞术检测凋亡.结果 NC组、IH组、IHT组和IHN组中性粒细胞凋亡率分别为28.10%、15.90%、33.44%、27.06%.IH组与NC组比较,中性粒细胞凋亡率明显减少,凋亡延迟,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).IHT组与IH组、NC组相比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).
