Using pollen of wild European plum,cherry plum,cultivated Europe plum as objects,based on scanning electron microscopy with X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer scanning,the composition and content of mineral elements were observed.The type of element contained in pollen: After analysis the inorganic elements contained in the pollen,12 kinds of mineral elements(C,O,Mg,P,S,K,Ca,Fe,Cu,Si,Al,Zn)were detected.
