  Background and purpose: Retinal degenerative diseases are the major causes of vision loss without effective treatment so far.Human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSC)hold great promise for treating these diseases.

目的 了解血液病患者医院血流感染(BSI)的病原菌分布特点及其耐药性,探讨其危险因素及防治措施。方法:对我院2012-2014 年血液科送检的681 份血液标本,使用BACTEC-9120 血培养仪培养,用Micro ScanWalk Away-40 微生物鉴定系统进行茵种鉴定和药敏试验(用BacT/Alert3D 全自动血培养仪进行血培养,用VITEK-2 微生物分析仪鉴定微生物并行药敏试验)。
目的:血清甘胆酸(Cholyglycine,CG)是胆酸与甘氨酸结合形成的,是主要的胆汁酸之一。甘胆酸由肝细胞合成,经毛细胆管,胆管排入胆囊,随同胆汁进入十二指肠,帮助食物消化;95%甘胆酸在回肠末端重吸收,经门静脉再回肝脏,被肝细胞摄取再利用。
