新型直接凝血酶抑制剂的研究

心脑血管疾病为全球首位死亡原因,最主要的治疗方法便是抗凝防栓。以重组双功能水蛭素(r-RGD-hirudin)为基础,保留其主要功能氨基酸残基,设计出一条具有抗凝活性的短肽(Direct Thrombin Inhibitor Peptide,DTIP)。利用毕赤酵母表达 DTIP,经纯化后获得纯度大于 95％的目的蛋白。体内和体外试验结果均显示 DTIP 显著延长各项凝血指标,并且与药物浓度呈正相

生物定量模式与定量分子生物学

目前对生物大分子的定量研究主要采用“绝对定量”和“相对定量”的方式。但是，由于研究对象—生物体的多样性、动态性和复杂性，导致了以往研究所采用的定量体系已经不能满足于大数据时代分子生物学研究的需要。对于原始数据的产出，分子生物学研究亟需在方法学上建立新的理论体系，新的生物大分子定量规范和新的生物样本定量规范需要重新建立。在新的生物定量模式下开展定量分子生物学研究将是分子生物学的发展趋势。
