  The vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) process is well known to be a low cost composites process technique.The cycle time can be shortened by using distributed layer.Distributed layer let the direction of resin infusing in the fabric change from XY-plane to Z-axis (i.e.througth thickness of preform).So the resin flow behaviors are quit complex, especially for the thick composite parts fabrication.To evaluate the effect of thickness to resin flow behaviors, experiments had been setup by using glass for moldplate.
