Consuming moderate amounts of lean red meat as part of a balanced diet,valuably contributes to intakes of essential nutrients since all fatty acids (FA) in beef fat do not seem to be detrimental to human health and some may actually be beneficial,such as omega-3 (n-3) and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).Beef producers in many countries are searching how to raise the nutritional value and quality of beef meat to make it more attractive to consumers.
