　　To determine the effect of estrogen(E2) on behavior changes of depression, and expression profiles of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) and phosphorylation tyrosine kinase B (pTrkB) in prefrontal cortex and amygdala in PSD (Post-stroke depression) rats.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, PSD group and estrogen group.Control group was ovariectomized without other treatment.PSD group involved cerebral ischemia induced by left middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) followed injected subcutaneously with oil for 2 weeks.
