[目的]观察900MHz电磁辐射对小鼠自发活动昼夜节律的影响。[方法]利用自发活动视频分析系统采集30只小鼠24h自发活动数据,绘制动物自发活动的昼夜节律拟合余弦曲线图,筛选出18只具有明显昼夜节律的小鼠,随机分为对照组、电磁辐射A组和电磁辐射B组。电磁辐射A组和电磁辐射B组小鼠分别在昼夜生理节奏时点(circadian time,CT)24:00点和12:00点接受40μW/cm2 900MHz电磁辐射,对照组不做任何处理,比较各组小鼠自发活动度昼夜节律的不同。[结果]与对照组相比,电磁辐射A组自发活动的昼夜节律曲线中值、振幅以及角频率差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,电磁辐射B组各项指标的差异没有统计学意义。[结论]40μW/cm2 900MHz电磁辐射在CT0点照射能够影响小鼠自发活动度的昼夜节律,而在CT12点照射未对小鼠自发活动昼夜节律产生明显影响。
[Objective] To observe the effect of 900MHz electromagnetic radiation on spontaneous circadian rhythm of mice. [Methods] Spontaneous activity video analysis system was used to collect the spontaneous activity data of 30 mice at 24 hours. The circadian fitting cosine curve of spontaneous activity was drawn and 18 mice with obvious circadian rhythm were screened and randomly divided into control group, Electromagnetic radiation A group and electromagnetic radiation B group. Group A and group B received 40μW / cm2 900MHz electromagnetic radiation at circadian time (CT) at 24:00 and 12:00, respectively. The control group received no treatment, The difference in circadian rhythm of spontaneous activity in the mice in the group. [Results] Compared with the control group, the mean value, amplitude and angular frequency of circadian rhythm of spontaneous activity in electromagnetic radiation group A were statistically significant. Compared with the control group, there was no statistical difference in the indexes of electromagnetic radiation B group significance. [Conclusion] The circadian rhythm of 40μW / cm2 900MHz electromagnetic radiation irradiating CT0 can affect spontaneous activity of mice, while the irradiation of CT12 has no obvious effect on spontaneous circadian rhythm of mice.
