spermagic在自然周期夫精宫腔内人工授精中的临床应用

目的 探讨SperMagic在自然周期夫精宫腔内人工授精中对精子活力及妊娠率的影响.方法 选择2012年3月~2012年6月进行自然周期夫精宫腔内人工授精的患者70例,随机分为2组:30例精子处理后添加SperMagic者为A组;40例精子处理后未添加SperMagic者为B组,比较2组精子活力和妊娠率差异.结果 A、B组年龄、不孕时间、体质量指数(BMI),以及精子处理前后密度、活力,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组妊娠率亦无统计学差异(P>0.05),但A组有增高趋势.添加SperMagic后精子活力与精子处理后活力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在夫精宫腔内人工授精助孕技术中,精子处理后添加SperMagic可以明显改善精子的活力.

目的 近年随着肿瘤诊疗技术的进步,儿童期和青春期恶性肿瘤的治愈率大幅提高.但儿童期、青春期以及育龄女性接受大剂量联合化疗和放疗后,具有性腺毒性的治疗极易对卵巢组织造成严重的不可逆性损伤,导致提前绝经和不孕.此外,自身免疫性疾病治疗中免疫抑制剂的使用,染色体异常、感染、医源性因素等也可能导致卵巢早衰.这些患者生育力的保留和恢复已成为近年生殖医学领域研究的热点课题.
