  In this study,two selected intestinal bacteria were investigated for their influence on biotransformation from isoflavone glucoside to isoflavone aglycones in soymilk once fermentation for different time and with various pH values.The cell growth and β-Glucosidases activity of selected intestinal bacteria at the same treated period were also examined to release their relationship to biotransformation of isoflavone glucoside.
