The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effects of resistance dextrin and biotin supplementation on biotin status and blood glucose regulation in SD rats.60 healthy SD rats were induced to biotin deficiency with intervention of nonbiotin(feed 0＃ ),non-fiber feed (feed 1＃)and non-biotin and non-fiber feed(feed 2＃)for 12 weeks.
