Metabolism of anthocyanin in Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.) is catalyzed by several biosynthetic enzymes,however, the underlying transcriptional regulatory mechanisms remain unknown.In the present research, four MYB transcription factors, CmMYB3-6, as well as one bHLH member named CmbHLH2 were isolated from Amadea Chrysanthemum by RNA-seq and RACE.The deduced protein sequences of CmMYB3, CmMYB4, CmMYB5, CmMYB6 and CmbHLH2 contained 318, 261,215, 254 and 614 amino acids, respectively.
