Phospholipase which can degrade phospholipids is widely used m oil refining, phospholipid modification, feed additives, medical and many other aspects[1].It plays a very important role in enzymatic degumming, in which the vegetable oil refined by enzymatic degumming displays some good character istics: low phosphorus, good taste, good storage stability, light rancidity and scarcely colour reversion etc.[2-4].
