特发性基底节钙化(Idiopathic basal ganglia calcification,IBGC)是一种遗传性神经退行性疾病,以磷酸钙盐在大脑基底节、齿状核、丘脑等部位的异常沉积为特征.该病是一种具有高度临床异质性的疾病,患者可出现帕金森样症状、共济失调、肌张力障碍、痴呆、记忆力下降、精神错乱、情感障碍、癫痫和头痛等症状,但也有部分患者不表现出临床症状,仅有颅内钙化表型.
