目的 观察一口吞服盐酸利多卡因胶浆与分三次缓慢吞服盐酸利多卡因胶浆(并做咽喉部停留)对咽喉及食管内壁的表面麻醉效果比较.方法 随机将245例行ERCP患者分为一口吞服组(观察组)与缓慢吞服组(对照组),对表面麻醉效果进行对照研究.
