大连小平岛假日公寓主塔大屋面高度269.0m,属超限高层结构。主楼平面呈十字形,属平面不规则结构。在水平地震作用下,连接部位楼板要承受较大水平剪力。在初步设计阶段采用两种常用方法对楼板承担的剪力进行估算,并且推导出一种剪力估算新方法:位移差法。通过与PMSAP计算结果对比得出:位移差法计算结果与PMSAP计算结果较为接近。位移差法概念清晰、易于操作,在初步设计阶段使用该方法,可以较为准确的得到楼板的面内剪应力。
Dalian Xiaoping Island Holiday Apartments main tower large roof height of 269.0m, is an overrun high-rise structure. The main building plane was cruciform, is a flat irregular structure. Under the action of horizontal earthquakes, the connecting floor slab should bear greater horizontal shear force. In the preliminary design stage, two commonly used methods are used to estimate the shear force of slabs, and a new method of shear force estimation is deduced: displacement difference method. Comparing with the results of PMSAP calculation, the results of displacement difference method and PMSAP calculation result are similar. The concept of displacement difference method is clear and easy to operate. Using this method in preliminary design stage, the in-plane shear stress of floor can be obtained more accurately.
