本文观察了人脾TF及其组份对小鼠脾淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平的影响,以期为阐明TF作用机理提供实验资料。将未经分离的TF称为总转移因子(TFt),用葡聚糖凝胶G-25层析分离TFt所得的三个组份分别称为TF_(Ⅰ)、TF_(Ⅱ)和TF_(Ⅲ)。结果表明,人脾TFt及其三个组份均可改变小鼠脾淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平,具有免疫增强作用的TFt、TF_(Ⅱ)及TF_(Ⅲ)均可显著增高淋巴细胞内cGMP水平及cGMP/cAMP比值,而对淋巴细胞转化有抑制作用的TF_(Ⅰ),则显著降低cGMP水平及cGMP/cAMP比值。这些结果提示,人TF可能通过影Ⅱ向小鼠淋巴细胞内环核苷酸水平来调节小鼠的细胞免疫反应。
This article observed the effect of human spleen TF and its components on the level of cyclic nucleotides in mouse splenic lymphocytes, in order to provide experimental data for clarifying the mechanism of TF. The non-isolated TF is called the total transfer factor (TFt). The three components obtained by separating the TFt by Sephadex G-25 chromatography are called TF_(I), TF_(II) and TF_(III), respectively. ). The results showed that human spleen TFt and its three components could change the level of cyclic nucleotides in mouse splenic lymphocytes. TFt, TF_(II) and TF_(III) with immunopotentiation could significantly increase the intracellular concentration of lymphocytes. cGMP level and cGMP/cAMP ratio, but TF_(I), which inhibits lymphocyte transformation, significantly reduced cGMP levels and cGMP/cAMP ratios. These results suggest that human TF may regulate the cellular immune response in mice by affecting the cyclic nucleotide levels of mouse lymphocytes in the II.
