　　A novel non-oxide SiC/SiAlCN nanocrystalline glass ceramic was obtained via pyrolysis of a polymer alloy(CA12)at 1300 ℃,which was composed of polycarbosilane(PCS)and polyaluminasilazane(PASZ)with stoichiometric ratio of 1/2.Then the microcrystalline glass was heat-treated at 1400-1800℃.The effects of aluminum contents,crystallization temperatures and times on structural evolutions were investigated.
