光调制分析仪用于测量复杂相位调制光信号的质量,是高速光网络领域的主要测试设备。本文介绍了光调制分析仪通道带宽的测量装置和测量方法,研制了共腔扫频光源,产生经过稳频的本振光和可以大范围调谐的信号光作为标准信号,通过分析本振激光器和信号激光器之间拍频信号的频率稳定度和相位噪声,本振光频率稳定性优于1E-12,信号光相对于本振光的频率稳定性优于1E-14,有效抑制了激光噪声对带宽测量结果的影响。采用外差相干扫频技术,准确测量了光调制分析仪的通道带宽,测量重复性优于2%。
