钒钛磁铁矿在高碱度下提铁降硅烧结性能研究

通过实验探索用国内高品位粉矿实现钒钛烧结提高铁份与降低SiO2的技术思路.实验结果表明,在品位提高与SiO2下降的情况下,烧结各项指标下降;通过提高碱度、用活性灰代替生石灰、添加硼化物、精矿预制粒、燃料分加、熔剂分加、澳矿分加、提高料层厚度等措施,在SiO2降到4.68%的条件下,均起到了强化低硅烧结的作用,各项技术指标均有改善.采用均匀设计方法,通过建模寻优参数最优组合为“生石灰配比8%,焦粉4.66%,水分7.00%,料层745 mm”。
