研究表明,音乐治疗对脑瘫患儿行为与情绪有一定影响,为临床治疗提供了新的治疗方向。观察病史资料完整的脑性瘫痪患儿30例,男22例,女8例,年龄(3.9±1.2)岁,存在明确围产期脑缺氧病史者20例,早产15例,病理性黄疸13例。开始治疗时各患儿均伴有不同程度精神发育迟滞。根据各个儿童的个体情况,选择具体的音乐治疗项目,包括RBT音乐疗法、创造性音乐疗法、奥尔夫音乐疗法、即兴音乐活动、歌谣运用、音乐提示行为疗法、个体音乐疗法、群体音乐疗法、身势训练法、音乐聆听法、音乐系统脱敏训练、体感音乐疗法。以完成60次治疗为1疗程,于治疗前、疗程结束后采用音乐治疗评估量表对患儿行为、情绪交往水平以及音乐发育水平进行测评,并对照前后2次分值改变情况。显效8例(26.7%),有效19例(63.3%),无效3例(10%),总有效率90%。总分情况,治疗前分值为(32.3±6.9),治疗后分值为(46.3±6.5),t值-8.0,P值为0.00(P<0.01);身体协调性、认知,治疗前分值为(15.8±4.1),治疗后分值为(18.6±4.1),t值-2.6,P值为0.01(P<0.05);音乐发育水平治疗前分值为(13.8±2.5),治疗后分值为(17.0±2.5),t值-4.8,P值为0.00(P<0.01);情绪治疗前分值为(1.5±1.3),治疗后分值为(5.5±1.7),t值-10.0,P值为0.00(P<0.01);交往治疗前分值为(1.2±1.3),治疗后分值为(5.1±1.4),t值-10.7,P值为0.00(P<0.01)。音乐治疗对脑瘫儿童的肢体运动协调能力、提高认知能力、改善情绪交往有一定的改善作用。

Music therapy for children with cerebral palsy limb motor coordination, improve cognitive ability, improve emotional interaction have some improvement.
