近年来,过渡金属催化的烯块环化反应取得了巨大的进展,提供了一类高效、实用的合成官能团化的环状有机化合物的合成方法.1目前发展的过渡金属催化的烯炔环化反应具有以下几个特点:第一,通过简单易得的链状烯炔化合物参与的亲电环化反应,高效地合成具有(相对)复杂结构单元的环状化合物;第二,是一类环境友好以及具有步骤和原子经济性的合成策略.α-氨基腈作为一种双官能团的化合物,是一类重要的有机合成中间体.2最近,我们首次研发了一类具有α-氨基腈结构单元并具有缺电子烯烃参与的1,7-烯炔环化反应.通过对催化剂及用量、添加剂等条件筛选及优化,发展了一类高效、可控的高立体选择性构建具有环丙烷结构单元的氮杂二环[4,1,0]庚二烯衍生物以及4,5-二氢-3H-氮杂七元环吖庚因类衍生物的合成新方法.
