Objective:To treat the cervical diseases caused by any pathogics though posterior approach for cervical fixation.Method:18 patients have underwent posterior fixation of cervical spine since three years in our hospital.3 cases were instability of atlas and axis; 5 cases variable trauma in cervical spine; 8 cases cervical stenosis; 2 cases multi-level cervical disc herniation.APOFTX interlaminar clamp,pedicle screw fred at C1 and C2,lateral mass screw fixed at the C3 to C6 segments,pedicle screw fixed at C7 segment were respectively fixed with plate.
