综合干预在学龄前儿童乳牙深龋治疗中的应用

目的探讨综合干预在学龄前儿童乳牙深龋治疗中的应用效果。方法选择在郑州市口腔医院儿童牙科就诊的3~5岁患深龋的学龄前儿童87例,身体健康,无系统疾病,未接受过口腔疾病诊治。按就诊顺序随机分为干预组与对照组。干预组44例术前与患儿家长充分沟通,对患儿采用兴趣培养法、说-示-做诱导法、模仿法、放松训练法、认知疗法、转移法、环境干预等综合干预的方法,在此基础上进行龋齿治疗;对照组43例患儿接受常规的龋齿治疗。结果干预组患儿的治疗完成率90.9%,对照组患儿的治疗完成率72.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预可明显缓解深龋患儿就诊及治疗的焦虑和恐惧,促进其积极的完成口腔治疗。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of deciduous teeth deciduous teeth in preschool children. Methods Eighty - seven preschoolers aged 3-5 years old with dental caries in Dental Hospital of Zhengzhou Stomatology Hospital were enrolled in this study. They were healthy and had no systemic diseases. They did not receive oral diseases diagnosis and treatment. According to the order of treatment were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. In the intervention group, 44 cases were fully communicated with the parents of the children before the operation, and the children were treated with the methods of interest training, speaking-presenting-doing induction, imitation, relaxation training, cognitive therapy, transfer and environmental intervention , On the basis of dental caries treatment; control group, 43 cases of children receiving conventional dental caries treatment. Results The completion rate of treatment was 90.9% in intervention group and 72.1% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can significantly alleviate the anxiety and fear of treatment and treatment of children with caries and promote their active completion of oral treatment.
