研究不同搭接宽度和层数对激光熔覆的显微组织及开裂性的影响。结果表明:随着搭接宽度和层数的增加,显微组织变大;随着搭接宽度的增加,开裂性降低;随着熔覆层数的增加,开裂性增加。
The effects of different overlap width and number of layers on the microstructure and cracking resistance of laser cladding were studied. The results show that the microstructure becomes larger with the increase of overlap width and number of layers, and the cracking resistance decreases with the increase of overlap width. The crack resistance increases with the increase of cladding number.
