介绍了Φ2.16m望远镜新副镜加工中的一些工艺难点及所采取的方法,定性分析了选择合适的工具形状,使镜面面形平滑过渡的可能性。对磨制过程中产生不对称像散的原因及克服的方法进行了探讨,给出了望远镜系统最终的检测结果。
The difficulties and the methods adopted in the processing of the new secondary mirror of Φ2.16m telescope are introduced, and the possibility of selecting a suitable tool shape for the smooth transition of the mirror surface shape is qualitatively analyzed. The reason of asymmetric astigmatism in the grinding process and the method of overcoming are discussed. The final test result of the telescope system is given.
