胆酸衍生物的合成表征及生物活性研究

胆汁酸是一类具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗癌、免疫刺激性药理活性的甾类天然产物，研究胆汁酸及其衍生物的生物活性一直是药理学和药物发现领域的热点之一。[1-4]本研究首次利用甾类胆酸与二环己基脲(DCU)进行共价修饰，试图合成手性化合物，用红外、紫外、ESI电喷雾质谱、核磁、X-射线单晶衍射表征合成的新化合物。
