VCM技术对小排量增压直喷汽油机起燃工况颗粒物排放的影响研究

本文基于某1.0L汽油机,分别在起燃稳态与冷起动瞬态工况下,研究了VCM技术对燃烧状态及颗粒物排放的影响效果.结果表明,首次喷油相位与喷油压力为起燃工况下对颗粒物排放最为明显的两项影响因素,其中,首次喷油相位由于采用VCM加强了缸内湍动能得以推迟,使燃油着壁量减少,有效降低了PM与PN排放.在冷起动瞬态工况下,起始加浓控制阶段,通过采用VCM技术,发动机最大瞬态HC排放被降低29%,累积HC排放被降低34%.对于冷起动前20s工况,VCM技术可降低累积PM排放约48%,降低累积PN排放约34%.
