<正>This paper examines the topic of the enforcement of sports arbitral awards,specifically the awards of the Ad Hoc CAS Panels at the Olympics Games.The paper will focus on both the enforcement of procedural and substantive awards of these Ad Hoe tribunals.The first part of this paper will examine the scope of the jurisdiction of the CAS.This will include an analysis of the laws governing the CAS hearing.The second part of this paper will look at the influence of national laws on the procedural rulings of CAS.The final part of the paper will examine the enforcement of substantive CAS rulings nationally and internationally.Throughout the emphasis will be on the upcoming Summer Olympic Games in Beijing and Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
