中国茶产业正处于高速发展阶段,本文简单阐述了目前中国茶产业的发展概况,例举了一些发展过程中遇到的资源利用率不高、机械化程度不高、质量安全隐患、产品结构落后等主要问题,从育种、栽培、加工、深加工等方面综述了通过科技创新,解决这些问题的方法,更好地推动茶产业稳步、快速地发展.
