:
目的 回顾性分析甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)和甲状腺良性结节中HB ME-1、Galectin-3及34βE12的表达差异,并探讨其鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测并比较189个PTMC病灶及106例甲状腺良性结节中HBME-1、Galectin-3及34β E12的表达水平,计算其对PTMC的诊断效能指标。
