通过对TA21钛合金不同变形程度管材进行退火温度实验,研究退火温度对管材抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率影响的关系曲线,得出TA21管材合理的退火温度制度。根据该研究成果制定的加工工艺可以获得具有良好力学性能的冷加工管材。
The annealing temperature of TA21 titanium alloy tube with different deformation degree was studied to study the relationship between annealing temperature and tensile strength, yield strength and elongation. The reasonable annealing temperature of TA21 pipe was obtained. According to the research results of the development of processing technology can be obtained with good mechanical properties of cold-worked pipe.
