  TiO2 can be integrated in the cement manufacturing process to produce photocatalytic cement.Normal daylight can be used for the photocatalytic reaction(Beeldens,2006).When this type of cement is used in concrete structures,a charge is created on the surface that reacts with external substances to decompose air pollutants such as NOx(Chusid,2006).

传统出钢温度制定存在各工序温降的刚性叠加而导致出钢温度高。通过钢包盖在线测温系统开发,钢包与中间包侧壁、底部埋偶测温,物性参数精确测试,以及基于测温与非定常物性参数的温降模型开发与校核,进行钢铸界面钢液温降系统诊断。最后,提出一套钢液温降在线预测系统,其能够克服钢包上表面散热计算和试验测温数据样本局限性,为班组制定出钢温度提供较为精确的依据。
通过试验和模拟研究对大方坯末端电磁搅拌工艺参数进行了优化.数值模拟结果表明,末端电磁搅拌能够降低铸坯液芯的温度梯度,有助于促进铸坯的同时凝固.当电磁搅拌电流为600A,频率为6Hz 时,液芯底端的最大温差约为1.79℃,为无电磁搅拌情况时的49.3%;根据优化结果对电磁搅拌工艺参数进行调整,铸坯的缩孔数目明显减少、最大缩孔直径减小.
