Corn stalk,the agriculture residual is one of the important biomass feedback in biorefinery processes to produce bio-chemicals.However,the conversion of yellowish corn stalk,mainly consist of ligocelluloses suffered from the technical bottlenecks of high cost of pretreatment,enzymatic hydrolysis difficulties and the severe inhibition of the by-product such as furfural derivatives and phenolic to strains,however,the juice in fresh corn stalk after harvesting grains is rich in inexpensive sugar,which could be used as the substrate of fermentation process directly.
