骨盆骨折的护理

骨盆骨折多由直接暴力挤压骨盆所致[1]，常见原因有交通事故、意外摔倒或高处坠落等。常并发盆腔出血、休克、膀胱尿道损伤、直肠肛管损伤、神经损伤等，因此骨折脱位的早期复位固定，辅以正确的护理不仅有助于控制出血，减少并发症，也利于机体的功能康复。本文对2011年7月～2013年04月收治的40例骨盆骨折患者进行护理研究，现报道如下。
