本研究对新疆维吾尔自治区喀什市伽师县第二中学初一到初三458名学生进行了“维吾尔族农村初中生英语学习动机减退”问卷调查,采用探索性因子分析方法,自然抽取了6种影响维吾尔族初中生英语学习动机减退因子,按照均值得分从高到低顺序排列依次为:语言能力、学习策略、社会因素、教学内容、语言态度和教师责任心。研究发现了语言能力和学习策略两个因子,从理论层面拓展了以往的中学生动机减退研究成果;从教学实践层面,提出学校管理部门要合理配置教师资源,教师在教学中要提升教师教学水平,开展有效的英语学习策略培训。
In this study, 458 students from the first to the third of Jiashi secondary school in Kashgar, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region conducted a questionnaire survey on motivation of junior high school students to learn English in Uighur, using exploratory factor analysis and natural extraction Six kinds of factors that affect Uygur junior high school students ’motivation to learn English are listed as follows: language ability, learning strategy, social factors, teaching content, language attitude and teachers’ sense of responsibility. The research discovers two factors of language ability and learning strategy, and expands the previous research results of the motivation of middle school students from the theoretical aspect. From the teaching practice level, it puts forward that the school management department should allocate teachers’ resources rationally, teachers should improve the teaching level of teachers, Conduct effective English learning strategy training.
