Desert-oasis ecotones are the key ecosystems in arid and semi-arid areas.Soil enzyme activity is an important soil environmental quality index,and it can be sensitive to early disturbances of natural and anthropogenic.Therefore,knowledge of the soil enzyme activities will enhance our understanding of the process of soil degradation potential in natural ecosystems.
