The wood production and wood industrial exportation play crucial roles in the socio-economic development, the main wood products exported destination is to Thailand and Vietnam which makes more value added to Bolikhamxay Province.On the many advantage of wood product exportation, there is disadvantage where needs to be improved.The aims of this study is to(i)analyse on the overall situation of wood product and wood exportation of Bolikhamxay Province,(ii)analyse on theprocedures of wood production exportation of Bolikhamxay Province.The tools that are used in this study mainly questionnaire distribution to wood production exporters and explore the UNESAP process analysis or unified modelling language(UML).The data using in this research is from boththe primary data which is collected by using questionnaire and the secondary data. The study results show(i)the annually of the trend increasing on the value of wood production and wood production exportation in Bolikhamxay Province where the main export destination isto Vietnam and Thailand, the total value of wood production exportation from Bolikhamxay Province covers 56.36％ when compares to other goods,the main wood exportation are furniture,logs andsemi-processed woods.(ii)there are 3steps of the procedure of wood production exportation in Bolikhamxay Province.(iii)More than that, the findings show the main problems on wood production exportation from Bolikhamxay Province are mainly lack of skilled labours so the import theforeigner labours is necessary as a result of the increase in cost of production and the external barrier is the limitation on import quota of trade partner countries.
