In the past,the contradiction of industrial constrction in our country was theproportion imbalance,but now, it gradualy change into the industrial constructionpromoting organization optinizing and institution creating.So the problems aboutindustrial zone reconstructing and extending, reasonable planning, coordinatingdevelopment have been taken attention by the society.Trough the research ofindustrial zone present condition and the practice of the inustrial zonereconstructing and extending, the paper carries out preliminary research on planningprogram, site decision, layout and ecological planning of the city industrial zone.This paper is consisited of seven chapters:1. Industrial zone reconstructing and extending has special meaning, tounderstand the geeral rule of industrial zone, it is beneticial to analyzedeveloping track, style and the characteristic of developing zone.2. Based on industria1 zone’s meponents, scales and planning styles, summed upthe relation between the industrial zone and the city.Present problems of o1dindustrial base of China are analyzed.3. Based on the developing fastors of high-tech industrial zone,maincharacteristic is summed up. Present problems of high-tech industrial zone of Chinaare analyzed.4. According to the theory and practice of location selection, site decision andlayout of industrial zone reconstructing and extending are ana1yzed and discussed.5. Summed up the theory and method of industrial zone reconstructing andextending and include the procedure of reconstructing, storehouse and municipalfacilities planning, pertected the construct of industrial zone planning, and so on.6. Based on the reconstructing experience of Emscher industrial zone inGerman. Refered to the industrial zone reconstructing and extending in our country.7. Analyzed the ecological planning theory-the important aspect in industrialzone reconstructing combined with the example analysis on LiuYang industrial zoneplanning.
