本文作者在对柴油机凸轮轴表面缺陷的磁痕图像作了大量研究的基础上,围绕新型图像传感器CCD应用中的一系列问题,用数字图像处理的方法实现了图像的数据采集、存储及显示;结合图像减影算法和阈值分割算法的基本思想,提出了裂纹自动识别的算法;基于Visual C++6.0开发环境,用 C++语言和MFC类库,采用面向对象的程序设计方法,用软件实现裂纹的识别功能;解决了凸轮轴表面有无裂纹的定性分析及判断等问题,达到了预期的目标。为该课题的进一步研究,并最终实现凸轮轴的全自动无损检测创造了条件。 Based on the research of the crack image of surface defect cam shafts of small dieselengines,and reviewing Problems in application of CCD image sensor,the author achievesthe image data collecting、storage and displaying in the way of digital image processing.The algorithm for crack automatic identification is presented by means of image subtractalgorithm and threshold division algorithm.On basis of Visual C++ 6.0 developingenvironment,the software function of crack identification is realized in C++ and MFCwith objected programming method.the characteristic analysis and judgment of crack iSresolved,and it achieves the Predicted goal.It is a good preparing for implementing the automatic nondestructive testing device for cam shaft.
