小麦是全球最重要的粮食作物之一,在其生长发育的各个阶段会面临诸多逆境胁迫因素的影响,比如干旱、盐渍、低温、低K~+等,这些因素影响其产量和品质。研究小麦对这些逆境胁迫信号的感知、转导和响应机理对提高小麦的产量和品质是非常重要的。Ca~(2+)作为第二信使,能够感知外界胁迫信号而做出特异的浓度改变,传递信号到下游Ca~(2+)感受器,引起相应的生理生化反应来应对逆境胁迫。植物中主要存在4类Ca~(2+)感受器,分别是钙调素CaM(Calmodulins),类钙调素CmL(calmodulin-like
