本论文以达拉特发电厂为例,分析研究了火力发电厂厂用电的作用与构成情况,说明了直接影响发电厂用电率的是风机、泵类等大容量辅机的运行特性。本文重点分析330MW机组给水泵各种驱动方式的特点和经济性,说明当今国产330MW火电机组给水泵采用小汽机驱动能够有效降低生产厂用电率,增加上网电量,从而降低企业供电成本。最后以达拉特发电厂厂用电改造为实例,验证循环泵、凝泵的变频改造和给水泵小汽机改造的节能效果。循环泵、凝泵采用变频调速调节后,发电厂用电率平均降低了1%,电动给水泵改汽动给水泵后使厂用电率降低2.5%左右,节能效果非常明显。This paper has darat power plants, for example, analysis of the thermal power plant use of electricity, the role and composition, is indicative of a direct impact on power plants in electricity rates are fans, pumps and other large-capacity auxiliary operating characteristics.
